Character Animator with production experience in feature film, visual effects, and video games since 2000. Also working on my own independent projects.

Originally from Louisiana, Geoff Hemphill graduated from the Classical Animation programat Sheridan College.He has worked at animation studios that include Blue Sky, Industrial Light and Magic, Tippett and the Moving Picture Company. There he animated characters for films like Transformers, Pirates of the Caribbean, and Rango. 

 

Proyects and works:

Transformers (2007) : Provided hand keyed animation for Transformers and Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. Also provided motion capture performance I used in my own shots and for other animators to use in their shots as well.

 

Rango (2011): Pillbug Character Lead Animator on Rango.

 

Star Trek (2011): animating the Starship Enterprise, and also the camera for these shots.
